Hello,
I’m Praful Chandra Varma, but you can just call me “Praful.” I hold a strong conviction that my distinctive purpose in this world is to revolutionize the HVAC industry. My goal is to aid 100,000 HVAC businesses, experts, and professionals in fostering Energy Efficiency, Clean Air, and Smart Home Solutions through digital innovations. This transformative journey will empower them to discover their true calling and translate their aspirations into tangible accomplishments, ultimately leading to a life of freedom (Moksh).

My Background
On December 31st, 2021, I received a COVID-19 diagnosis and had to self-isolate at home. Shortly after, my spouse, Preeti, and my son, Subham, also tested positive, leading us to stay in isolation for a month.
Returning to work on February 7th, 2022, after a five-week recovery, I received surprising news from my boss that I wasn’t doing well enough at work, which resulted in losing my job. This left me in a situation where I had to make some important decisions about what to do next. I felt lost and anxious, wondering how I’d manage my monthly commitments like school fees, EMIs, and other living expenses.
I reached out to industry contacts for help but found only empathy, leaving me, with over 25 years of experience in various MNCs in HVAC Sales, feeling defeated.
Struggling with financial commitments and a 60-day notice period, my prospects seemed bleak. Eventually relieved from my job on my birthday, April 7th, 2022.
In a state of desperation, I fervently pursued solutions, tirelessly searching for either employment or a viable business opportunity. Despite my relentless efforts, however, nothing materialized. The inability to secure a source of income left me in a state of fear and constant worry, particularly concerning my responsibility to provide for my family. The uncertainty of the situation weighed heavily on me, intensifying the challenges I faced in meeting the needs of my loved ones.
The Journey of Self Discovery
On June 1st, 2022, during a conversation with my spouse, she suggested exploring online courses as a means to earn independently. After researching, I attended a webinar by “Sidz” and joined ILH through a gold membership on June 8th, 2022, marking the beginning of a transformative journey. Within three months, achieving the Freedom Finisher status propelled my journey forward.
Initially emulating “Sidz,” I built my influence organically, but progress was slow without significant traction. Investing in paid ads on Facebook and Google, despite generating leads, failed to convert into meaningful outcomes. By August 2023, I hit a low point in my life.
Following “Sidz’s” advice, I enrolled in Blair’s ‘Train the Trainer’ program, which caused a profound internal shift.
Learning to leverage my strengths, emotionally connect with my audience, and refine my funnel, I finally found direction.
In September 2023, during a leadership council call, “Sidz” reviewed my website, providing precise advice that reshaped my positioning based on my expertise.
I rebranded myself as an HVAC Sales Specialist offering high-ticket consulting for scaling HVAC businesses using the Internet. Also under “Sidz’s” guidance, I kicked off rebuilding my influence by taking on a 90-day challenge: 2 YouTube videos and 2 podcasts every week. Within just a month, I landed my first customer and have numerous prospects in the pipeline.
Today, I assist HVAC businesses and experts in establishing their online presence and scaling their operations, creating diversified income streams. This transformation wouldn’t have been possible without Sidz’s guidance, empowering me to navigate a new path and find success in a previously unexplored domain.
The Moksh Business
After working tirelessly in the corporate world for 25+ years, I took a leap of faith in 2022 and transitioned into the world of infopreneurship. Fortunately, I found a mentor, “Sidz,” who was making over a million dollars per month. I followed his guidance and formula triangle Learn, Implement, and Teach.
Through my mentor, I am learning essential skills such as traffic generation, list building, conversions, copywriting, and building a tribe. With these skills, I can create a tribe of my own, which I call the “Moksh Lifestyle Hub.” My mission is to help HVAC experts to unlock their full potential and achieve great results by offering online coaching, and consulting systems.
Although the journey has had its share of ups and downs, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am excited to continue on this path and help others succeed in the world of information marketing.
